Rachel Smith is a veteran prosecutor, administrator, litigator, trainer, and educator with 30 years’ experience, serving as Chief Trial Attorney, Special Prosecutor, and Assistant Prosecutor for offices around the country.
Her first book, Criminal Practice and Procedure in Missouri, is set for release by LexisNexis in November 2026.
